These terms apply when you use drewvy.com. Using the site means you accept them; if you don't, please don't use it.
Drewvy is a free image editor that runs in your browser, operated by Antonio González (Chile). There is no account. We may change, pause or discontinue any part of it at any time. Drewvy is provided "as is" and "as available".
You must be 18 or older to use the AI tools (the Editor's AI features, Inspire, A/B Test, Profile Picture, and Background Swap whenever it generates or repaints a background), because Google's Gemini API terms require it. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the rest of Drewvy only with a parent's or guardian's permission.
The AI tools call Google's Gemini API from your browser with your own key. That use is between you and Google: Gemini API Additional Terms (opens in a new tab), Google's Terms of Service (opens in a new tab) and the Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy (opens in a new tab) apply, and Google bills you for it on its own pricing. On Google's free tier, do not submit sensitive or personal information. If you are in the EEA, Switzerland or the UK, use a key with billing enabled. You are responsible for keeping your key secret.
Your images and prompts stay yours. Drewvy does not receive them, so it claims no licence to them.
You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload or edit, including the consent of any identifiable person in a photo. Thumbnails you fetch from YouTube or use as a reference belong to their owners: use them only where you have the right to, for example your own videos, or as inspiration without copying protected elements.
Do not use Drewvy to create or share:
Do not try to disrupt the site, overload it, or get around its security. Anything the AI tools make must also follow Google's policies.
AI output can be wrong, unexpected or similar to existing material. Check it before you publish it, and label it as AI-generated or altered where a platform requires it (YouTube, for example, asks you to disclose realistic altered or synthetic content).
Drewvy sells nothing. There are no plans, credits or fees, so there is nothing to charge and nothing to refund.
What Google charges for your own Gemini key is between you and Google, under Google's terms. Tips through GitHub Sponsors (opens in a new tab) are voluntary gifts, not purchases, and give you nothing in return; GitHub's terms govern them. If you tipped by mistake, write to antonio@ticroom.cl.
The Drewvy name, site design and code belong to Antonio González, except open-source components, which are used under their own licences, and the example photos on the home page, which are stock photos from Pexels (opens in a new tab) used under the Pexels licence. The people in them are models, not users, and do not endorse Drewvy.
To the extent the law allows, Drewvy is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, or the content you or the AI tools create. Save your work: projects live only in your browser and are lost if you clear its data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
These terms are governed by the laws of Chile, and disputes go to the competent courts of Chile, without taking away any mandatory protection the law of your country gives you.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use Drewvy after a change means you accept it.
